Shipping and Delivery Policy

Domestic:

The shipping department is able to ship to street addresses an PO Boxes within the United States and Puerto Rico. The costumer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please, be certain that your address is correct before realizing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address.

We ship Monday to Saturday and process orders within 1-3 business days. Order submitted on Sundays or holidays will be processed the during the next business day.

All packages, unless stipulates otherwise, are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. This service provides delivery confirmation for all orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time you order leaves our shipping department.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can require an additional 2-3 day delivery time.

International:

All packages, unless stipulated otherwise, are shipped through USPS Priority or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers are provided, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current shipping rates.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apple. It is the responsibility of the costumer to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide country and what duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.

We will not refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Third Party Shipping:

Customers using a third party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Perfumería Muñagorry Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from customer's use of any third party shipping services.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Perfumería Muñagorry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Perfumería Muñagorry Inc. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery and tracking information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is return to Perfumería Muñagorry Inc. due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as the re-delivery cost. Perfumería Muñagorry Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. We cannot be responsible for items that has been already shipped or is at a USPS location.
